Can you assist with our office network and Wi-Fi?
Yes, depending on the project: diagnostic, improvement roadmap, equipment deployment, Wi-Fi access points, switches, firewalls, and documentation. UniFi / Ubiquiti solutions can be evaluated when well-suited to your needs.
Can you migrate our email or file storage?
Yes. The engagement starts with an inventory of the existing environment, dependencies, volumes, user accounts, and cutover constraints. The proposal then specifies the scope, milestones, prerequisites, and verification checks.
Can you build a dashboard or lightweight custom tool?
Yes, for targeted needs: operational tracking, reporting, forms, file processing, or internal web tools. Scope and subsequent evolutions are defined separately.
Can you build a website for our business?
Yes. Klub 42 builds clean, professional showcase websites tailored to your needs: presenting your business, services, contact details, and inquiry forms. The scope is defined prior to kickoff.
Can you manage domain names and web hosting?
Yes. Klub 42 can assist you in choosing, purchasing, transferring, or configuring a domain name, as well as setting up the hosting and technical assets required for launch. Account ownership remains in the client’s name and credentials are transferred upon project completion.
Do you work with individual consumers?
Klub 42 primarily serves small businesses, SMEs, freelancers, and associations. For general home computer troubleshooting, a local consumer repair shop is often better suited.
Do you provide emergency or on-call support?
Engagements are scheduled based on the subject and available slots. Klub 42 does not offer 24/7 on-call or emergency helpdesk services. For critical incidents requiring immediate on-site response, a dedicated IT managed service provider is more appropriate.
How is pricing determined?
The 20-minute scoping call is free. Every mission then comes with a proposal and a clear fixed price. As initial anchors: showcase websites from €990 to €2,490 (Essential, Pro, Full redesign) ; Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace setup from €690 ; email migration from €990 ; file server or NAS from €890 ; security audit from €1,290 ; automation from €690 ; dashboards and lightweight tools from €490. These amounts are starting points, adjusted to your context and needs. Future evolutions or ongoing maintenance are quoted under a separate scope.
