Retention Periods

Data from an initial inquiry that does not lead to a project is retained for a maximum of 12 months following the last exchange.

When an inquiry becomes an active prospect, data may be retained for up to 3 years after the last active contact, unless opposed by the data subject.

Invoices, contracts, and accounting records are retained in compliance with applicable statutory retention requirements.
